Trinidad Hernandez Obituary

HERNANDEZ, TRINIDAD Went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on May 18, 2006 after a brief and merciful battle with cancer. She was born on September 11, 1921 in Thurber, Texas and lived throughout the Western Region of the U.S. and finally settled in Colton in 1936. She was a resident of Colton until her death. She was preceded in death by her children Arthur, Vera, Robert and by her husband, Steven L. Hernandez, Sr. She is survived by her son, Steven A. Hernandez, Jr; sisters, Frances Saenz, Monica Alba, Angela Kirby of Colton and Lucy LaPorta of Grand Terrace; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Trinidad will be warmly remembered for her quick-witted sense of humor and her immense devotion for her loved ones. Funeral Services will be held at Colton Funeral Home Mon., May 22, 9am-11am, followed by interment at Hermosa Garden Cemetery. Colton Funeral Home (909) 825-0570
