RIP Van...............Great Memories................

Heartbroken to stumble on this obituary while looking for news about Van... I worked for him at Fine Art Framing in San Bernardino for several years, and he was a wonderful and entertaining 'boss' - I especially recall his passion for skydiving, which led to a bad broken leg, enabling him to 'direct from the sidelines' which truth be told was harder on him than the injury. Raising a pint in your direction, dear friend! RIP

I will forever, remember Van... I first knew Van at Chemawa Junior High School, then on to Ramona... he was a card... the funniest guy I knew in junior high... RIP Van.

I remember cousin Van at a party at Aunt Violet & Uncle Vic DeLorenzo's home a very long time ago! It was in the early 1970's. Van seemed to be a very nifty person back then, involved as a sound engineer (?) for a group or band. I didn't have much contact with him after that, except maybe at a family viewing of another family member. I'm sorry I never got to know him better. Peace & blessings go out to cousins Virginia, Donna and Verne. Love, Lisa (Millen) and Bob Boebinger.

I am so sorry to read of Van's passing. I knew him many years ago when he still lived in Riverside. He introduced me to the music of Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention. I still can see him with his eyes closed and listening to those albums.RIP Van.
