Cornew, Catherine, - 66, of Estell Manor, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, November 2nd at Atlanticare Mainland Campus surrounded by loved ones. Born June 9th,1956, in Atlantic City, NJ, she is predeceased by her parents Thomas and Jane McGee of Pleasantville, NJ. Cathy was a homemaker who loved her family and enjoyed making memories with them. She was an outgoing, extremely loving human being and will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her personally, through her work as a tax clerk, or various social groups in which she was a longstanding member, including St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Marmora and the order of Secular Franciscans. Survivors include her loving husband, Jeffrey, of 46 years, her 3 children, 3 grandchildren, 4 sisters, 1 brother and many nieces and nephews. Cathy's life will be celebrated on November 10th, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Marmora, with a gathering of friends from 9:30-11 and mass to immediately follow. Burial services will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Mays Landing. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Covenant House. Info and condolences: www.boakesfuneralhome.com

My condolences to the family,Cathy was a great friend to all who she came in contact with.I met here at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church many years ago always had a smile . I became a member of the Secular Franciscans as she was.Always faithful to the Church I will miss her greatly as a friend
