Diane (Murray) Johns passed away at the age of 87 on May 20, 2025, following a brief illness surrounded by her family. Diane was the beloved daughter of the late Henry and Gertrude Hanselman.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Shirley, Henry, and Arlene. She is survived by her brother, George and his wife Phyllis. She was a graduate of Egg Harbor City High School. She worked at Harborfields Juvenile Center and retired from Meadowview Nursing Home.

She is survived by her sons, Robert (Cynthia), Patrick (Elizabeth), Scott (Myrna), Lon (Michele), and Derek (Roxanne); as well as her daughter, Cheryl. Her love extended to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and she had the joy of welcoming a great-great-granddaughter into the world, a testament to the large and loving family she helped to cultivate. Diane was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Murray Sr.; and her second husband, Armor Johns. She will be dearly missed. As Diane's family mourns her passing, they take comfort in knowing that she lived a full and happy life. Her influence will be felt for generations to come, and her memory will be a guiding light for her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Services will be at Wimberg Funeral Home 400 Liverpool Avenue Egg Harbor City, Tuesday May 27 6 to 8 p.m. A second gathering will be held at the Weekstown Community Church 5663 Pleasant Mills Rd, Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215Wed May 28 with a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by service.
