ELIZABETH B. LIKENS

LIKENS, ELIZABETH B. 97 - of Ocean City, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at The Ocean View Center in Ocean View. Born in Millsburg, DE, she was formerly of Delaware and Philadelphia, PA and was a resident of Ocean City for many years. Mrs. Likens was a member of Union Chapel By-The-Sea Church in Ocean City. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward F. Likens, surviving is a son, Edward J. Likens of Palermo, and a sister, Mildred Steele of Felton, DE. Her Funeral Service will be offered Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock from The Godfrey Funeral Home of Palermo, 644 South Shore Road, Palermo, NJ where friends may call from ten o'clock until the time of service. Burial will follow in Seaside Cemetery, Palermo. The family suggests those who desire send memorial contributions to Union Chapel By-The-Sea Church, 5501 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226.
