Hackney, Frances "Fran" M. , - 92, of Mt. Laurel, NJ, Frances "Fran" M. Hackney (nee Champion) of Mt. Laurel, NJ, formerly of Margate, NJ, died April 4, 2021. Fran was 92. Beloved wife of Robert Hackney for 65 years. Loving mother of Robert Hackney, Jr. (Marion); Jamie Rutherford (John); Cindy DiPietrantonio (Dominic); Michael Hackney (Kim) and Lisa Hackney (Bill Glass). Devoted grandmother of Jennifer, Sean, Christina, Samantha, Jack, Nolan, Montana, Lucas, Alec, Joseph, Ryan, Madison, and Delaney. Devoted great grandmother of Ryker, Ethan, and Brady. Fran was a lifelong, dedicated pediatric nurse. Fran was a Holy Spirit High School graduate, and attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and received her BSN from Rowan University. Fran worked at Atlantic City Hospital, Children's Hospital, Washington, D.C., and U.S. Public Health Services. Before retiring, Fran was a School Nurse at Woodcrest Elementary School.
