Frank R. Borino, 68, of Egg Harbor Township, passed away on May 16, 2025. Frank spent his career as a dedicated public servant at the Atlantic County Clerk's Office before retiring in 2022. Frank had a passion for photography and most recently, for creating original artwork. He also had a love for playing bass. Throughout his life he played with many local and internationally renowned jazz musicians. He spent much of his free time collecting autographs and volunteering for local and national political campaigns on both sides of the aisle. He is predeceased by his parents, Frank and Violet; and survived by his siblings, Dominick (Barbara), Rosanne (John) and Christopher. Frank was known simply as "Uncle" to many, especially his nieces and nephews, Danielle and Joe and Joe and Nikki. He also leaves behind his best friend, his cat, Boots, adopted by his goddaughter, Keira. A celebration of life will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 16th, 2025 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave. Absecon, NJ. For online condolences, please visit www.parselsfh.com.
