Family Of Greg Goodwin,
I offer my belated sympathy to the family of the sad news of Greg's passing. I knew Greg for a long time, going back to Sacred Heart High School as a basketball player and then later as head coach at Millville and later at Absegami. Greg's passion to coach was evident and he turned Absegami's girls' basketball program into a powerhouse in South Jersey. Greg enjoyed life and as a sports writer he was a joy to interview. "Goody" had a great sense of humor and enjoyed helping students and athletes do their very best so that they would be successful in life. I hope the family will remember all the good memories of Greg, as wiil I, and that will get you through this difficult time. RIP Greg.

Greg was a kind and positive person who lit up the room with his smile and laugh. Greg cared about people and touched so many. A voice of reason and a model of empathy, Greg truly wanted others to be successful. Those who interacted with Greg are better people for having done so. Thoughts and prayers to Greg's family.

A great educator, coach and friend. Greg was one of a kind and we were grateful that he coached our girls at Absegami HS. May the Lord grant peace and comfort to Kim, Austin, Casey and Nicole and family a during this difficult time.

Though we were competing against each other, we became friends over the years. I will think about the good times we had together such as basketball camp and summer leagues. I will miss you buddy.

Greg was a kindhearted soul.
I don´t think I was ever with him without his bringing smiles to the group. He will be missed, but will be remembered and fondly thought of.
