Irwin Blank Obituary
August 28, 1940 - October 5, 2025
With sorrow we mourn the passing of Irwin Blank. He passed suddenly in the early morning of October 5, 2025.
Irv was a former resident of Narberth, Pa., before moving to Atlantic City. He was a most avid sports fan, especially with his beloved Penn State and Philadelphia Eagles. He followed those teams with vigor and enthusiasm. Irv himself was an alumnus of Penn State and maintained close friendships with many of his former classmates and fraternity brothers.
Although beset with health problems the last several years, he marshalled through as only Irv could do.
He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by Debra, his wife of 31 years; his daughter Marcy; and grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor and Alexus. Irv is predeceased by his daughter, Leslie.
He leaves behind many close friends and many memories. Many a tale will be told.
Relatives and friends are invited a Memorial Service, Tuesday, October 7, 2025, 1 p.m., at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Funeral Directors Atlantic County, 211 E Great Creek Road, Galloway, NJ 08205.
Donations in his memory may be made to Pennsylvania State University, c/o Chaiken Trust Scholarship, 1 Old Main, University Park, PA 16802.
