Jacqueline "Jaki" D'Amico

D'Amico, Jacqueline (Jaki), - 63, of Egg Harbor Township, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at her home. Born in Hoboken, NJ. she later relocated to Whitesboro, NJ. Jaki graduated from Middle Township High School class of 1976. She then attended Virginia Union University obtaining her degree in Sociology. Before retiring, Jaki worked for many years as a Probation Officer for Cape May Court House, NJ. Jaki enjoyed life and loved dining out and traveling, especially cruising. Jaki is predeceased in death by her parents Robert and Minnie Cheeks, and husband Stephen D'Amico. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved daughter, Jillian D'Amico, a brother Michael Cheeks (Susan); sisters, Michelle Cheeks, Paulina Cheeks Cofield, Antoinette Cheeks, Regina Cheeks, and Kathryn Murphy, brother-in-law Raymond D'Amico (Janice), and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 18th, at 11am at St. Joseph's Church, 606 Shore Rd., Somers Point. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing.
