Joseph A. Acinapura Sr.

ACINAPURA, SR., JOSEPH A., 62 - of North Cape May, died suddenly Tuesday. Mr. Acinapura was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He lived in the North Cape May area for over 20 years. He was a self-employed businessman in the Philadelphia and Cape May areas. He was a former owner of Lighthouse Pointe, in Wildwood. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving in Vietnam. He was a member of the Hereford Masonic Lodge. Mr. Acinapura is survived by three sons, Joseph Acinapura, Jr. of North Plainfield, Ralph Acinapura of Gleenmoore, PA; Michael Acinapura of Pottsville, PA; a sister, Roseanna Leach, of Newtown Square, PA; his companion, Eileen Thomson, of North Cape May; five grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 11AM in St. John of God Church, 680 Townbank Road, North Cape May. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 10 to 11AM. Burial will be in Cape May County Veteran's Cemetery, Cape May Court House. Donations in his memory may be made to any Animal Shelter. (Sudak-Danaher F.H., Cape May)
