JOE WILL ALWAYS BE IN THE HEARTS OF THE RUMER FAMILY

February 28, 2013

Marie, thinking of you and your family. I remember your Dad as the "milkman" in the neighborhood and as being a jovial person.I remember times sitting on the front porch when we would be playing. Treasure your memories. Your Dad has left all of you with a legacy of love. I think of my parents everyday. Melodie Morrison Perri

So very sorry to read of your loss. His life and love have not gone by unnoticed by those who love him or by 'the God of all comfort, who numbers the hairs of our head and who knows when even a small sparrow falls'.
