Phyllis Budman Obituary
July 20, 1934 - July 10, 2024
Phyllis Annette Budman died peacefully on July 10, 2024, at the age of 89.
Loving mother to David, Alan, Gail and Richard; grandmother to Katie, Kevin and Abby; great-grandmother to Everett and Gideon. Phyllis was born and raised in Atlantic City, NJ to Dora and Louis Salins. A graduate of Atlantic City High School, she attended the University of Miami before marrying Irving Budman and settling in Margate, NJ to start their family.
Phyllis was in the hotel industry until later earning her real estate license and becoming one of the top sellers for a local firm. Following her retirement from real estate, she worked as the secretary for Congregation Rodef Sholom for several years.
Phyllis was the youngest of four children, having three older brothers, Irving, Morton and Joseph Salins. An avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies, she attended many home games in the 80's and 90's. She loved walking on the boardwalk, books, music, and summer concerts in Ocean City, NJ.
Funeral services will be held graveside at Rodef Sholom Cemetery in Egg Harbor Township, NJ on Monday, July 15th at 10 a.m. The family is asking that donations are made in her honor to the American Cancer Society.

May her memoory truly be for a blessing. she had a kind heart with all of her lifetime challenges. Have good memories of the things Phyllis and I did together, Trips to new York to see showss, Ocean City Music Pier, dinners out, caaare she gave to me when i was sick. All the best to Gail, richaard and families.
