Phyllis is predeceased by her husband, Robert; and her sister, Stephanie. She is survived by her children, Jamie and Bobby (Bonnie); granddaughter, Bianca; sister, Toni; and nephew, Boyd (Susan) along with their children.

My wife and I are just seeing this now and are very saddened. For over 25 years, we have never had a sweeter neighbor than Phyllis. Recently we have not seen Phyllis around although we have kept her in our thoughts and prayers. We are separated by just one house on the island and would often see Phyllis. Now and then she would call if she needed a tiny favor. What a great lady. Super friendly, genuine, and always had that nice warm smile. She also sold us a house back in the late '90s.
Words can't say enough as to what a wonderful neighbor and friend you were.
We will miss you dearly Phyllis.

Rest in Peace

So sorry for your loss
Phyllis sat behind my husband and I every Saturday at Mass. We became friends and every Christmas she would bring a few of us a Christmas pin. I have missed seeing her the last few years, and was just asking about her recently with another friend. Sincere condolences to your family
