RONALD FITZSIMMONS Obituary
FITZSIMMONS, RONALD JOHN SR., 59 - of Egg Harbor Township, died peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones on November 12, 2010. Born May 25, 1951 in Camden, he lived in Atlantic City, attended Atlantic City HS and worked as a mechanic at Atlantic Limousine and Bally's. He loved music, played in bands in the area and was a die-hard Eagles' fan. Survivors include beloved wife Pamela Fitzsimmons; three children Kristi (Ben) Rush, Lori Fitzsimmons and Ronald Fitzsimmons, Jr.; stepson James Forney; stepdaughter Samantha Forney; two sisters Pat Long and Jean (Abe) Galvez; two brothers Russell Masneri and Jeff Krieg; three grandchildren Brandon Shaver, Ben and Ian Rush; as well as many nieces, nephews and cherished friends. Ron was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Krieg, five brothers and one sister. A memorial service will be held at the George H. Wimberg Funeral Home, 1707 New Rd., Linwood on Saturday, Nov. 20th from 1-3PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice. Arrangements by the George H. Wimberg Funeral Home.

I will miss ron, we lost touch , but being in a band with him was alot of fun, and we always shared a good laugh, besides both of us were also auto mechanics, we had alot in common, to all of his family and friends, my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
