RoseMarie Walters Obituary

RoseMarie Senn Walters

September 14, 1946 - October 2, 2025

RoseMarie Senn Walters, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on October 2, 2025, at the age of 79. RoseMarie lived a life filled with love, laughter, creativity and a deep commitment to her family and friends. RoseMarie was the beloved wife of Daniel J. Walters and the cherished sister of Lillian Senn. Together, over the course of 57 years, RoseMarie and Dan built a warm and loving home where they raised three children, Dana (Steve), Kimberly (Jeff), and Jay. Her love lives on through her grandchildren, Kelly (David), Christopher (Ali), Ryan, Jake, and Dylan; and her first great-granddaughter, Madelyn Rose, who brought her endless joy. RoseMarie took great pride in her role as a mother and homemaker, the heart of her family. Her care packages and letters, always signed with her signature "XOX" were a cherished sign of her love. RoseMarie also shared her talents in a variety of roles, including positions at Egg Harbor City Bank, Ocean Yachts, and the Lenox showroom, where she developed a lifelong love for all things Lenox. RoseMarie was a beautiful person both inside and out. She never shied away from a challenge or opportunity to learn something new and loved many things including dancing, monogramming, crafting, and decorating. Her home reflected her spirit: full of love and always ready to welcome company, especially those ready to celebrate an Eagles win. RoseMarie was a proud member of the Oakcrest Alpha 64 Class. She surrounded her friends with warmth, love, and unwavering support. She made everyone she met feel special and made everything she touched more beautiful. RoseMarie's legacy is one of love, grace, and kindness, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A celebration of RoseMarie's life will be held on October 11, 2025 at Zion Lutheran Church. There will be a visitation at 10 a.m. with a funeral service at 12 p.m. followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Green Bank Volunteer Ambulance Company, Green Bank Vol Fire Dept, or Zion Lutheran Church. XOX. Rose's beauty and kindness shone all the more brightly because she was also so modest and unassuming. And she loved Barry Manilow, whose music is upbeat, happy and lively as she was.
