Lisa Porto just told me about Skip's passing. I was so sorry to hear this as I remember fondly the years that we worked together in Cape May Family Court. Skip was a great guy and will be missed by all who knew him. God Bless you.

Dear Joanne, I just read of Skip's passing in the NJ Bankers Bulletin. Shocked and deeply saddened are understatements. I am so sorry for your loss. Everyone who had the privileged of knowing Skip liked him. He was a fine man, attorney and christian. I always think of him and his late night swims at the conventions.

Dear Joanne, It's been many, many years since we've seen each other last, but sometimes it seems like yesterday. I learned of Skip's passing from my sister, Suzanne just the other day. I want you to know how sorry and saddened I am for you with your loss of Skip. My memories of him mostly are of what a big heart he had and what a kind and gentle person he was. He will be greatly missed.

Joanne and family, I am so sad to hear of Skip's passing. I handled a minor accident that Skip was in, years ago. He impressed me then as a nice, thoughtful and friendly person. In the years after he ALWAYS went out of his way to say hello and ask how I was everytime that we would meet. I know that your pain at this time must be great but please take comfort in knowing how many lives Skip touched in such a positive way.

Skip will truly be missed. He was a fantastic attorney, mentor and friend. Skip never forgot a face, knew everyone in the community and was an asset to our island. His smile, sincerity, and insight are some of the attributes that will never be replaced. It was my pleasure to call him my friend and I am a better person today by knowing Skip Kay. It was truthfully a privilege to have known him and he will always be missed.

Oh Joanne, I am sooo sorry. What a shock! Skip was a wonderful guy and I remember him fondly growing up. I also remember him as a wonderful lawyer. He always was so kind and generous. I am so sad. He was a great person and I was privileged to have known him.

Dear Joanne: I am so very sorry to hear about Skip's passing. In the 1970s, when he first joined the law firm of Kay, Corino and Dwyer, (right out of law school) I worked there. He was so funny and good to be around. I have very fond memories of those days. Although I haven't seen Skip in probably over 30 years, I still have very fond memories of him and those wonderful days. I know he will be tremendously missed.
