VALERIE ECCLES Obituary
ECCLES, VALERIE JEANNE 50 - of Estell Manor, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013. She was a native of Somers Point and a resident of Estell Manor for many years. She was a cashier of Tilton Market in Northfield, and also worked at Oakcrest High School Cafeteria. She enjoyed gardening, life on her farm, and her secret garden. She also enjoyed riding with her husband on the Harleys with the Crew. Valerie is survived by her husband of 28 years, Robert J. Eccles, V; her son, Robert VI; her daughter, Jessica Marie; brothers Wayne and Allen Ray Norman; her mother, Shirley Desmarets; and her pet dog, "Dozer". A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 6:00 PM at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 pm until the time of the service Tuesday evening at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Breast or Pancreatic Cancer associations. Arrangements by and condolences at www.adams-perfect.com

Bob and family, we are so sorry to hear of Val's passing. Val was such a sweet, caring and beautiful person. She always had a smile to brighten up your day. I am so sorry to hear of Val's passing; I had just learned of her illness last week. She was a very sweet person, and I am glad to have called her a friend. Our children went to school together; Jess & Ally were the cutest little schoolmates in EHT. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you, now and always :-( She will be missed!

April 13th is a day that will be forever etched in my mind and heart,the Lord saw fit to make a lifelong friend of mine an Angel,she was a beautiful and courage s women ,she was a wonderful mother and a loving wife also a loving daughter, her name was Val Eccles and she was loved by many, she will be greatly missed. I want everyone to know she fought a hard battle with cancer and she didn't lose we lost her she is now and forever one of Gods Angels looking after all of us but there will be a few like her husband and her children that will always know she is right by their side. You will see her when you look at the garden or when you take a walk and see the trees sway. When you ride that bike Bobby she will be on the back watching as the wind blows in your face,her body may be gone but her Spirit is all around us. She wouldn't want us to be sad and hating life,she would want us to remember how she loved life the farm,the animals the plants and just life in general. So please everyone take a moment and remember our friend,mother,wife and daughter lets celebrate even though our hearts are heavy and sad because we don't have her here,know she is in a better more perfect place and we will see her when its our time. Till then we feel her all around us in different things because we all knew her in the rain or on a sunny day . We love you Val and we'll miss you so very very much. I am so very sorry to hear of Val's passing. I met Val at Tilton Market and we always laughed together. I attended the fundraiser for her and was happy to see so many people there to support and help her. I asked for her every day when I went in to the store.
