William "Bill" Warren

August 19, 2025

William "Bill" Warren, 80, of Egg Harbor Township, NJ, passed away on August 19, 2025.

Bill had been a member of the Ocean City Police Dept, the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office Narcotic Strike Force Unit, then lastly with the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office since 1978, working in the Organized Crime Tast Force, Major Crimes, Homicide and Trial units prior to retiring in 1994.

Surviving are his wife, Sharon; his daughter, Kendra; sister-in-law, Diane Woods; goddaughter, Brooklynn Smith; as well as nieces, nephews and friends.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 353 S. New Road, Pleasantville. Viewing from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m., with rites given by the Links, Inc., at 10:30 a.m.
