Kade Selley Obituary
Kade was born on June 29, 2010, in Logan, Utah, to Shane and Toni Selley. From a young age, Kade embraced life in the countryside. He found his greatest joy in the simple things: spending his days on a tractor in the fields, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, tinkering with countless projects, and making everyone around him laugh.
With the heart of a cowboy, Kade dreamed of becoming both a farmer and a rancher when he grew up. His adventurous spirit, warm humor, and love for the land left a mark on all who knew him. He spent his days building his dream working for the Greaves family farm.
Kade is preceded in death by his grandfather, Steve Selley. He is survived by his loving parents, Shane and Toni Selley; his siblings, Sydnee (Austin) Larsen, Luke Selley, and Judd Selley; his cherished niece, Holland Larsen; and his grandparents, Kim and Janet Johnson, and Faye Selley.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the first responders, Franklin County Medical Center, Portneuf Air Rescue, and Primary Children's Hospital for the compassionate care they provided to Kade and our family during our time of need. We are beyond grateful for the outpouring of love and support we have received from the community this past week.
Funeral services were held on December 20, 2024, at the Whitney Ward LDS church. Interment was in the Preston Idaho Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at webbmortuary.com

i did not really know him but I went to school with him and a lot of people loved him I wish I was one of those friends that stook around him, but I barely knew Kade (rip) miss him.

Kade is an amazing person to be around. We weren’t that close but It’s weird knowing that he’s genuinely gone and I’ll always miss seeing him in class. I´m still struggling to find the right words because it´s hard to believe you´re really gone. You were more than a best friend-you were a part of my childhood, someone who always knew how to make me laugh and get through tough times. I´ll miss the memories we made and the moments we shared. You had such a kind heart, and I´m grateful for every moment I spent with you. You´ll never be forgotten, Kade. Rest easy selley boy.

Kade Selley was one of my best friends I didn't know what to think when I heard that he had passed. I think to myself "Kade Selley why" and I don't believe myself when I think he is gone. I loved Kade deep down I remember going to his house and playing with all of his home-made semi-trucks and cars I even bought a semi from him, and I will keep that truck forever I also remember playing cowboy jousting. My favorite memory with Kade, we called it the 4-amigo party we were at Kooper's house for his birthday, and we all had the best time ever we all went down to the lake and got muddy and wet and hung out in the hay barn and we all just had the best time ever my family has a buisness and it is called hyde-A-Way-Wagon-Rides and we do funerals and I would love to do kades last ride I wil miss Kade so much

In 8th grade I had Kade in my science class. He was the guy I could go chill with when we got to pick our own seats. I don't know what to say... it's just heartbreaking.

We are saddened by the passing of Kade. Hunter and Kade were best friends, and I loved watching them when we were still in Idaho, and after we moved away on video calls!!!
