I am so sorry for your loss and I know it was a tremendous loss. I only knew Alex a short time but he was so nice to me and every customer that came into the store we worked at. I know he loved his family and I he talked about his son and wanting him to come here and they both go to Edgar Poe's house in Richmond. He loved the poem The Raven and we talked about him in Colorado and the Air Force. I am so sorry it had to leave and I know he is in a better place where he is enjoying music and poetry.

As I read these notes, and think about what to say, words don't come easy. And if you know me....that's hard to believe; Alex, you were such an intelligent, hardworking, crazy co-worker, but most importantly, you were my friend. I will miss seeing your face, and the expressions you would come up with when we would start one of our insane conversations. You and I could end each other's sentences,,, just because!!! As I light a candle for your spirit, and one for your families here on earth, I pray for peace, comfort, trust and love of God and the rewards in heaven you share, and one day we will share with you.
My thoughts and prayers to you, Amy, your sisters, son, and all of us at Sears who knew you and will truly miss you.
God Bless God Speed and God Guide us to our Heavenly Peace.

Alex, you will be missed. I cannot tell you how much fun it was to be around you at Sears...you always made me smile and you always had a joke to tell. I will miss your chats on FB and your crazy Halloween costumes. Know that you left behind many friends and family who love you and whose lives will never be the same, not because you are gone, but because you were here..

Alex was a true friend to me..We were childhood friends and time nor distance could ever change that.He was my " lil brother" and I was his "big sis". My heart breaks but I know he is in a better place with no pain,,nothing but happiness for such a great man.Amy,I didn't know you but I do know Alex loved you, told me many times you were the best thing to enter his life. Thank you for taking care of my friend. I will always be here for you,,he would have wanted it that way..

Eva and I wish we could be there to be with you and the entire family during this time. We both loved Alex even though Eva only met him a few times, she would always say we never know if we will see each other again. So when we left the last time, we hugged Alex and told him we loved him. I will miss our talks and sharing photos. Amy, Alex is now at peace and he has begun a new journey and he will always be with us in our hearts and thoughts. We love you and will always be only a call away if you need us.
