April Lamkin Obituary
Hopewell - April Marie Lamkin, 45, of Hopewell, VA passed away Thursday, May 6, 2021. She is survived by her daughters, Ashley Adams, and Brenda Lamkin; mother, Shirley Shackelford and husband, Richard; brother, Andy Shackelford; and her grandmother, Barbara Catlett; as well as numerous extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Lamkin; and her brother, Jerry Shackelford. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 12, 2021 followed by a funeral service starting at 2:00 P.M. at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens. The service will be live streamed and can be viewed by going to www.jtmorriss.com. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.
