CHARLES PHILLINGANE Obituary
Charles is survived by his loving wife, Eleanor Margaret Phillingane; a son, William (Bill) Brian Phillingane; daughter-in-law, Connie Marie Phillingane; brother, Preston Grammer; sisters, Emma Ruth Phillingane and Doris Phillingane; grandchildren, Justin Andrew Phillingane and Meagan Nicole Pavasko; great-grandchildren, Milana Nicole Phillingane, Bryson Dennis Pavasko, and Lucas Andrew Phillingane; a grandson-in- law, Bryan Pavasko; and a granddaughter-in- law, Gabriela Aguilar Phillingane.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at Southlawn Memorial Park 1911 Birdsong Road, South Prince George, VA 23805. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Petersburg Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 300 Poplar Drive Petersburg, Virginia 23805. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Crater Road Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 3935 S. Crater Road Petersburg, Virginia 23805. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.

Billy, Connie, and Eleanor,
God has called a good servant home. I remember so many good times with Elder Phillingane. He was always a strong man of faith and a strong leader in our church. May God's peace fill your hearts and the great memories you have flood your mind.
