DIANNE WILKINSON Obituary

Dianne Harrison Wilkinson, 74, went to be with her Jesus on Friday, April 21, 2017, after a long-term illness. A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by her husband, Dick Wilkinson; a son Steele Wilkinson; four grandchildren, JP, Cody, David, Greg; and two great grandchildren; one sister, Peggy (Jim) Haddon in Louisiana.

Preceded in death by two sons, Phillip and Timmy. Dianne worked as a waitress many years at Shoney's, Robert Kings and Morrison's. She drove the school bus for Dinwiddie County many years and worked at Brown and Williamson for several years. Her later years she stayed home to be with her grandsons, JP and Cody.

She was well loved, respected and admired by all. She loved her family, her dogs, her flowers, her tomatoes and her hummingbirds. Today she is well and sitting at the feet of Jesus. Services will be private. Lotz Funeral Home-Roanoke is serving the family.
