I just found out about Glenn. I knew Glenn back in the mid 70s. We spent many a day at Nags Head and strolling in that big van of his. I'm interested to know if the song he wrote back then, " 40 stories such a long way to fall " was ever recorded. I'll never forget the blessing of knowing him. GOD bless him. My prayers and thoughts are with the family and the loved ones that loved him. Damn Glenn .. another angel we have to sing God's holy songs.... PEACE my brother

Glenn and I were cousins. We spent a lot of time together during our youth when I lived in Petersburg. Glenn had a great gift imagination and more important, the gift of friendship and laughter. On the stage, Glenn was larger than life itself. You will be truly missed.

Glenn and I grew up only children together. I was always his sister and he my brother. What wonderful memories I will cherish. Warren and Dot always treated me as part of the family. I will miss his shared love of music and his great humor.

Glenn was a wonderful father to my son, John and a great friend to me. He was artistic is many ways. He could draw, play the guitar, sing, act and write. He was devoted to his child. I'll miss him very much, the crazy gifts we would send one another on our birthdays and Christmas and the long talks we had regularly. So glad that he was in my life, so glad we reclaimed our friendship in the last several years One of the best things about Glenn? He made me laugh!

Glenn was certainly someone to look up to while in our youth. I lost touch with him over the years but was able to re-connect a couple of years ago. Peace to his family. He was one of a kind.

Glenn lived life on his own terms, something not many of us can say. He was ferocious in his art, but incredibly gentle in his spirit: there was always room for everyone in Glenn's world. I'm grateful to have known him. "He was a man, take him for all in all--we shall not look upon his like again." --Shakes.

Glenn lead the way in our youth. I don't think he knew how talented he was. After more than 4 decades being his friend, I'm not ready for him to be gone.

Glenn was a great friend to my brother George Sarofeen growing up and spent many hours at our house. I hope that your memories are wonderful and you get the inner strength to make it thru this time.

Know that Glenn was loved by many and I remember the happy times he had when he was young.
