HENRY WILLIAMS Obituary
He was a professor of Community and Family Medicine at Howard University Hospital, retiring in 2009.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife Alease T. Williams; three sons, Karl, Christopher and Gary; loving first cousins, Michael, Harry, Richard, Roger and Melodee; one sister-in-law, Juliette and a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at Historic Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg, VA, the Rev. Willis R. Foster, rector of St. Stephens Episcopal Church, officiating.

Dr. Williams was my doctor on Rhode Island Av NW to the Howard medical building for over 30 years. A GREAT man! Truly a blessing to me and my family! Karl and family are in my prayers.

I have known the Turner and Williams families all of my life; Dr. Williams and his parents lived in this beautiful brick home on New Street, three doors down from where I lived. His father was also a medical doctor. Wonderful people on both sides. May he rest in Peace in Heaven!
