JOSEPH BROUGH Obituary
He is survived by his mother, Peggy S. Brough; his fiancée, Lisa A. Walker; two brothers, John W. Brough and Billy R. Brough (Heather); a sister, Gay B. Brown (Kenny); son, Michael W. Cole; two grandsons; a granddaughter; several nieces and nephews; and four great-nieces.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2018, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematoy, 2033 Boulevard, with the Reverend Carl Barbee officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 18, 2018, at the funeral home. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
