JOYCE ATKINS Obituary
She is survived by her children, Barton Atkins, and Angie Carpenter; grandson, Trever Weeks; brothers, Earl Brockwell (Annette), and Wayne Brockwell (Pam); numerous nieces and nephews; and longtime companion, Billy Shortt.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 11, 2019, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Home with Reverend David Prather officiating. Interment to follow at Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg. Online condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
