Lois Colb Obituary
Mrs. Colb retired from DECA at Fort Lee and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Petersburg. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and was an avid bowler and bingo player. Mrs. Colb is survived by a son, Michael J. Colb and wife, Tori E. Colb; grandchildren Jeremy M. Colb, Stephanie E. Colb and Jonathan R. Colb; son, Patrick D. Colb and wife, Sheila P. Colb and their family; nieces, Karen Davis and Gail Gogan and their families. The family would also like to extend their most sincere gratitude to her special group of friends for their love and support throughout this time.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2015 St. Joseph Catholic Church, 151 W. Washington Street, Petersburg, Virginia 23803 with Monsignor Michael McCarron and Father Brian Capuano, Concelebrants. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday prior to the service at church. Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Petersburg. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Colonial Heights Food Pantry, 530 Southpark Blvd, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834. Arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
