Dear Martha,

God bless your family, for He has called you home to "rest".
We had good fun at TOPS SRD's from Virginia Beach to Roanoke, Reston to Richmond. You were good at reading a map, even though we ended up in Chevy Chase, MD once. You were a great KOPS sister in TOPS #VA 0485 Colonial Heights.
You will be missed.

I was so sorry to hear about Martha. Her husband, Charles, was my first cousin. My father was a brother of Charles mother,Huldah Sharpe. I haven't seen her for a few years but stopped at her home when I was in VA. a few years ago. I always felt very close to Charles and Martha even though at a distance. The Nebraska relatives didn't get together much.
We did phone each other now and then and I always looked forward to her nice Christmas letters. I know she will be missed a lot. But she is at peace with our Lord and we'll all get to see her again someday.

To the Martha W. Sharpe family. You don't know me but my mother passed away several years ago and she has 98% resemblance of your mother. I saw Mrs. Sharpe seating at a table for lunch at Applebees several years ago and it was just after my mother passed. I could not believe how she looked like a twin of my mother. My mother was Alice Wells Sturt of Petersburg. With all the good work for humanity and God's works, the "pure in heart shall see God" and I know she is there with our Lord, Jesus Christ. God Bless her and the entire Sharpe Family. The Angels are singing. Glory be to God.
