In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

The years we've shared have been full of joy.
The memories we've made will go on and on.
I haven't stopped crying since you went away,
and I've asked God time and time why couldn't you stay.
You lit up my life, my hopes, and my dreams.
You've opened my eyes to see what it all means.
So now that you're gone how can I forget;
Because you were the greatest out of all I have met.
Miss Kitty, I will miss your smile and wisdom. Your doors have always been open to me and for that I will thank you. Cynthia Charles

TO MY FAMILY,
My heart goes out to my family during this trying time. I'll remember the happy moments with my auntie such as spending summers with her, hearing her voice" stay out the pines",being there for me during important life changing events and just being a beautiful person inside and out.She was a devoted wife,mother,grandparent,sister,aunt and more.

Im so grateful we spent the last days together because she enjoyed our time together by smiling and laughing at me. I told her I LOVE HER and she responded back and I whispered something in her ear that will remain between us. Im sitting here crying because I miss her already but I know she's not suffering anymore so Im going to cherish our time together and I know my aunt KITTY smiling down upon us...LOVE YOU ALWAYS...RIP

To My Family (Cousins):

"Those we love don’t go away,
They walk beside us everyday,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear."

"Death leaves a heartache
No one can heal;
Love leaves a memory
No one can steal."

"She left before you
A place to prepare
In the shelter
Of our Lord’s care
In the sorrow you bear."
