Uncle Richard, even though you were my cousin you’ll always be Uncle Richard to me, for all the laughs we shared I thank you for those. You were always so happy and cheerful around me regardless of anything and you taught me to live life as happily as possible. I know you can now rest peacefully because you are with your mommy and you are in my heart forever. Like Hope said on yesterday, those who were there really truly cared for you and were meant to be there and you will live through us all for eternity. Thank you for being a part of my life and save a seat for me.

S.I.P Mr.Richard! !!! I remember when my brother Purvis married the love of his life and my best friend Hope (your daughter). I remember after you walking her (Hope) down the isle and they had the venue set up in the back for the bar. I remember me, my sister and my brother Purvis being back there! Then you came out and spoke to my uncle Mac (RIP), then you asked my brother to take a walk lol! Mr.Richard after you had that walk with my brother (the groom) Purvis said that you told him he was a good dude! I thank you for that moment it was so sentimental to me because it was the father of the bride telling the groom (aka my brother) to take care of his baby girl! You two (you and my brother) spoke in the distance and I was l like”What is he saying to my brother”! You were “WONDERFUL”! My brother came walking back laughing and you gave him a hug! I didn’t really know you like that but Mr. Richard that lil situation with my brother you made an impact on “Me”!!! Sleep well Mr. Richard!! ❤❤! Love up to you in “HEAVEN”! I wish we had more time together to actually, formally get to know one another! ❤!

My fondest memory of Mr. Branch was at my brother’s wedding to my sis-in-law Hope. I remember being in the back of the venue and at one point Mr. Richard came outside. “He asked my brother to walk with him lol”. As they walked off I saw him (Mr.Richard) put a hand in my brother’s shoulder! I saw them laughing, hugging, and looking back to see if my sis-in-law Hope came outside (she didn’t lol). Mr. Richard just wanted to talk to my brother one on one to let him (my brother) know that he was appreciated because of the love that my brother had for his now wife! I will “NEVER” forget that moment! Mr. Richard may your “SOUL RIP”! Didn’t get a good chance to know you like that but from what I saw that night when you walked Hope down the isle, you were a wonderful person! You just wanted to know my brother was the right one and when you two walked away and I saw you two hugging and laughing it was a Bea moment I will never forget! R.I.P. Mr. Richard and watch over all of us!

I remember when we were in high school and you would run from me because I teased you about me being your aunt and I’m three years younger than you. I love you and will miss seeing you from time to time in Ettrick. May you rest In Peace.
