Robert Seay Obituary
He was the son of the late Thomas Preston Seay and Kathleen Harrison Seay. Bobby was a Vietnam veteran, serving with the United States Army. He was a member of the Chester Masonic Lodge, V.F.W., American Legion and the Moose Lodge. Bobby loved spending time with his friends at Dance's Sporting Goods in Colonial Heights.
He is survived by his wife, Nadine Seay of Chester; their devoted dog, Brandi; a sister, Linda Cortez and friend, Douglas Burfoot; niece, Tracey Hartman and husband, Andy; two great-nieces, Skylar and Brooke Hartman; nieces, Shelia and Paul Sadler and family, Tabitha and Jerry Payne and family.
The family would like to thank the staff at McGuire VA Medical Center for their love and care of Bobby.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 27, 2014, in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday evening, June 26, 2014, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to America's Vet Dogs, 371 E. Jericho Turnpike, Smithtown, NY 11787-2976. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.

Bob was a very good friend of mine, we spent some time working together and had good talks of old MillWright ways. He enjoyed his wife and dog and I would kid him about them alot. He put with all my bull and gave it out as good as I gave it.
Lee Ann and I will miss him and hope that all the good that he did in his life will shine down on all of us.
He was one of the best men and friend that a guy could ever have.
May God bless him and his family for ever.
