...God Saw That She Was Getting Tired...A cured was not to be, So he put His arms around her and whispered,"Come with Me."...With tearful eyes we watched her suffer, and saw her fade away...Although we loved her dearly, we could not make her stay...A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands to rest... God broke our hearts to prove to us... He only takes" the best."- Author Unknown- (Roland & Gwen)

Crossing the Bar
Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,
But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;
For tho' from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crost the bar.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
