DONALD G. GRENINGER

DONALD G. GRENINGER PAYNE, OH: Donald G. Greninger, age 87, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. Donald was born on July 9, 1937 in Diamond, MO to the late Kenneth and Anna "Maxine" (Fiant) Greninger. He served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. On December 5, 1993 he married Lois Saylor, who survives. Donald retired in 1995 from B.F. Goodrich Tire Company. He was a member of the Lima Missionary Baptist Church, American Legion Post #297 in Payne, OH and the Masonic Lodge #478 in Hicksville, OH. Along with his loving wife, Donald is survived by his daughters: Julie (Mike) Arsenault, Hamilton, GA; Tina (Dale) White, Hamilton, GA; Jessica (Misty) Ryan, Houston, TX; brother, Ken (Ann) Greninger, Diamond, MO; sister, Wanda Brummett, Diamond, MO; 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Funeral service was held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Lima Missionary Baptist Church in Lima, OH with Pastors Terry Brock and Clint Goodin officiating. A graveside service was held at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Wiltsie Cemetery, Payne, OH with military rites accorded by the Payne American Legion. Visitation was from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. on Monday, November 25, 2024 at Den Herder Funeral Home with a Masonic service at 6:30 P.M. There was also visitation from 10:00 A.M. until time of services on Tuesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made in Donald's memory to Lima Missionary Baptist Church.
