KEVIN HALLIWILL Obituary

KEVIN HALLIWILL 6/7/1972 - 9/12/2025 Kevin Scott "Sparky" Halliwill age 53, of Scott, Ohio passed away at the scene of an accident on Friday, September 12, 2025. He was born on June 7, 1972 in Paulding County, Ohio to the late Charles 'Chuck' Halliwill and Virginia (Jarmen) Halliwill. Kevin also known as "Sparky" was a hardworking man. He believed that you should always work for what you want, instead of taking handouts. The things he most enjoyed were weekends away at his camper and being on the river. He was very proud of his boats that he had built and he loved to show them off. More importantly he loved being around his two daughters, along with his family and friends. He always knew how to make people smile with his contagious laugh and his goofy facial expressions. He was the light in every room he walked in, there was never a dull moment. Many will forever cherish those memories with him. Sparky is survived by 2 daughters: Harley Halliwill and Kamara Halliwill both of Scott, Ohio; a brother Jeff Halliwill and two sisters: Tonica (Scott) Harvey and Teresa Halliwill; a stepmother Patsy Halliwill and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025 at the Oakwood American Legion from noon til 4:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be given to the family via family pay on the funeral home website and online condolences may be shared at BayliffAndSon.com
