ROGER O. SMITH

ROGER O. SMITH PAULDING, OH: Roger O. Smith, age 61, passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024 at his home in Paulding, OH. Roger was born on March 17, 1963 in Paulding, OH to the late Olen L. and Alice M. (Ackerman) Smith. On October 30, 1982 he married Diana Egler, who survives. Roger was a farmer, mechanic, and plumber. He also worked at Cooper Farms. He was a member of the Ohio Farmers Union and the Ohio Farm Bureau. Along with his loving wife, Roger is survived by his daughters: Shelby (Brett) Livingston, Pennville, IN and Elaine (Jordan Bradley) Corral, Paulding, OH; grandsons: Dante, Virgil, and Noctis. Funeral service was held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, July 26, 2024 at Den Herder Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bowholtz Cemetery, Jackson Towship, OH. Visitation was from 4:00 P.M - 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Den Herder Funeral Home. There will also be visitation from 9:00 A.M. until time of services on Friday.
