I had the pleasure of meeting Mr and Mrs Baligian a while back at the Olive Garden. They sat across from my husband, daughter and I. I enjoyed watching them enjoy each others company, caring for each other. Like having a date night. God blessed them with many years of marriage.
On their way out I said hello to them. Right away in conversation I mentioned I was Armenian and my husband Irish.
She of course said she was also Armenian. They knew my Uncle Richard Swajian as he was a Mason like Mr Baligian.
I'm so glad I said hello to her that day.
Don't hesitate in saying hello to someone in your travels or lending an ear to one.
Mrs Baligian and her husband sure put smiles on our faces that day.
Just thinking of her now makes me smile.
Don't hesitate in saying hello to someone. I'm glad I didn't.

She has the face of an angel. Dear Aleta and family. I only met her once at the piano while we were together to enjoy music at Pocasset. Her beautiful eyes stay in my memory. The Spirit from within showed such life. She will rise in the grace of God well prepared to join the angels. It is a privilege to have met you, your mom and dad. I plan to be at the service on Friday morning. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. Edna
