ALFRED COSTA Obituary
Born in Bristol, he was the son of the late Walter and Sadie Costa and brother of late Edward Costa. He is survived by his daughter and son, Susan and Michael. He also leaves 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service in Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood St., Bristol, Saturday, January 23, at 11:00 AM. Burial with Military Honors will follow in North Burial Ground, Hope Street, Bristol. Visitation will be Saturday morning from 9:00-11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Fred Costa's memory to the Jimmy Fund, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445-7295 or donate online at www.jimmy fund.org. We were so sadden to hear of Fred's passing. We have fond memories of times gone by in the "John Hancock Honor Club". He was a very honest friend, never to be forgotten. Another angel to watch over all. May you all find peace at this most difficult time. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We are unable to attend services because we are in Terceira, Azores. Fred and I go back to 1969. Rest in peace, Fred, you will be missed.
