Beth Mitchell Obituary
Beth Christine (Norton) Mitchell, passed away peacefully following a long illness on Monday, the 9th of April in Providence, RI surrounded by loved ones. She was the wife of Terrell Mitchell and the mother of Jessica Conlan.
Born in Providence in 1960, she was the daughter of the late Barrie Norton and the late Barbara (Norton) Garrett. Beth was the sister of Beverly Norton, Barrie Norton Jr. the late Bradley Norton, Barbara Frank, Brenda Gelinas, Brett Norton, Robert Norton and Bryan Norton and grandmother of Keegan Calhoun.
Beth grew up in Cumberland, RI and was a longtime employee at Blount Seafood in Warren, RI.
A celebration of life will be held at North Beach Club House, 79 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett, RI on Saturday, April 14 from noon-2:00. You can join us with a smile, your happy memories and a dish or drink to share.
With her lifelong passion for dogs, a donation in lieu of flowers can be made to the Friends of Homeless Animals of Rhode Island Inc., fohari.org, in her name.
