Brenda Tucker Obituary
Brenda L. (Voisard) Tucker, 77, of Smithfield and formerly of North Providence and Cumberland passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, December 24, 2017. She was the beloved wife of Paul A. Tucker, cherished mother of Robert Voisard and Kimberly Langella, sister of Harry Clauson, and grandmother of Carissa Langella, Robert and Kevin Voisard, Richard Langella, Jake Voisard, and Nicholas Langella. She also leaves five great grandchildren. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Brogan) Clauson and the sister of the late Shirley Machowski. For 27 years, Brenda worked at St. Mary's Home for Children, retiring in 2010. She was a kind and compassionate woman and loved by all who knew her. She enjoyed travelling, sewing and most of all spending time with her family. A special thanks to Angela Taber, M.D. and her staff at the Lifespan Cancer Institute for the compassionate care for Brenda. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours Saturday from 10:30AM - 12PM, followed by a Service at noon in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice in memory of Brenda, would be greatly appreciated. www.oneillfuneralhomes.com

I loved Brenda like a sister and we had some really wonderful times together. She was loved by SO many, and will be terribly missed by so many.My heart, my love, and my prayers go out to her husband Paul, and to all Brendas' family. Rest in peace my friend. We will meet again someday
