Claire Gesualdo Obituary

GESUALDO, CLAIRE R., 85, of Sage Dr. died March 18, 2008 at Kent County Hospital. She was the wife of the late Pasquale Gesualdo and the late John F. Carter. Born in Warren, RI, she was the daughter of the late Arthur G. and Alma F. (Poisson) Rene.

She had lived in Cape Coral, FL before moving to Cranston 9 years ago. She had worked as a cook for many years in Cape Coral, FL.

She is survived by 3 sons; James R. Carter of Cranston, Arthur G. Carter of Cape Coral, FL, Jack F. Carter of Pascoag and 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was the sister of Jane Panzarella, Irene Bisbano both of Bristol, Claudette Gregory of West Warwick, Paul Rene of San Diego, CA and Maurice Rene of Leominster, MA. She was the sister of the late Madeline Gaglio, Theresa Lever, Raymond, Robert, Gilbert, Gerard and Conrad Rene.

A Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10AM in the REBELLO FUNERAL HOME, 901 Broadway East Providence, RI. Burial will be in Springvale Cemetery in Rumford. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 6-8PM. www.rebellofuneralhome.com

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Claire. I have fond memories of visiting her up at the lake, and of her always with a smile and laughter. My deepest sympathies.
