David Thomas Gesualdo

David Thomas Gesualdo, 55, resident of Forked River, NJ passed unexpectedly March 6th 2026. Dave was born in Elizabeth on May 19, 1970 to the parents of Susan Kallum and David McCormack. He moved to Forked River in 2006. He worked at Tropicana Products for 23 years.

Dave was a man of few words, yet he was deeply loved by all who knew him. He carried himself with a quiet calm and an easygoing spirit, always ready to enjoy life's simple moments and share a good time with those around him. Time spent with family and friends meant everything to him, and reconnecting with his McCormack family brought him immense joy and heartfelt gratitude.

Together with his wife, Amada, Dave worked tirelessly to create their own backyard paradise-a place that reflected the life they built side by side. He took great pride in that space and cherished every moment spent there, appreciating the beauty and peace that came from the hard work they shared.

Above all else, the greatest pride and joy of Dave's life was, and always will be, his beloved daughter, Courtney.

He is survived by his wife Amada Gesualdo of 32 years; daughter Courtney Gesualdo, mother Susan Gesualdo, sister Kelly Gesualdo, niece Fallon Pitaressi. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Viewing will be held on March 10th, 2026 from 3:00-6:00PM at Riggs Funeral Home, 130-US 9, Forked River, NJ 08731.

On March 11th, 2026, another Viewing from 9:30-10:30AM at Riggs Funeral Home with a funeral mass at 11:00 am to follow at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 300 Lacey Rd. Forked River. After mass, burial will take place at St. Gertrude Cemetery, 53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067 at approximately 1:15PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in David's memory may be made to the Lacey Township Police Department of Lacey township EMS.
