David Picano Obituary

PICANO, DAVID F. 53, of Cranston, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2012 at West Bay Residential Services in Warwick. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Joseph and Ida (Piacitelli) Picano. David is survived by his devoted brother Joseph P. Picano and his wife Janice of No. Scituate. He was the loving uncle of Bridget Picano- Gilmore and her husband William and Kristen Picano-Pohan and her husband Craig, and he was also survived by aunts and cousins. His funeral will be held on Friday at 8:30 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St. Cranston at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Davy, I remember the fun you had with Auntie Em and Uncle Mike at the Warwick Musical tent and the Sundays with Auntie Lola, your mom and Uncle Bruno as your tour guide at Iggy's and Aunt Carrie's on Sunday drives.
