DENNIS PRESTON Obituary
Born in Pawtucket, a son of Leo Preston of West Palm Beach, FL and the late Elizabeth (Fagan) Preston, he lived in Riverside for 33 years.
Mr. Preston was an engineer for the General Machine Technologies Inc., Ashland, MA, for 10 years before retiring in 2008.
Besides his father and wife of 33 years, he is survived by eleven children; Denise Crumm of MO, Terry Monaghan of Riverside, Lori Lisak of MA, Diane Monaghan of East Providence, Dennis Preston and Bryan Preston, both of GA, Donna Zelano of Warwick, Beth Ann Gervais of MA, Gregory Monaghan of VA, Patricia Staples of Warwick and Timothy Preston of MA, a brother; Kevin Preston of MA, three sisters; Leslie Paquette of North Smithfield, Lisa Preston of MA and Kathy Crowell of Warwick and 20 grandchildren.
His funeral service will be held Tuesday evening May 4, 2010 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNER AL HOME, 350 Willett Ave., Riverside at 7 pm. Calling hours are 4-7 pm. wrwatsonfuneralhome.com

To all of Dennis's family and friends
my heartfelt sympathy to you. Dennis and I were best friends as you probably know, all of our childhood, carrying into our later years we never forgot the loving bond that we knew. Rest peacefully Den, I'll miss you on my birthday, because you always called to say "Happy Birthday" to me. I know you are very happy where you are now. Till we meet again....Love you,Mary Lou

My sincere sympathies for Dennis' family. He was good friends with my Dad (Jim Rossi). My father was always taking movies while we were growing up and Dennis is in them - always laughing. I hope he and my Dad are having a good laugh now.

I wish peace for Dennis' family. My prayers are with them. I loved Dennis my older cousin although we have not been in touch for many years. Memories of his laughter and kindness will always be cherished. To Dennis, may you live forever now in happiness, joy, and love in the presence of Jesus and all who have gone before.
