My apologies in this being late. I unfortunately did not find out about this sad news until today. Sue and I are so saddened to hear and our thoughts are with you Brenda.
Ed was a great guy. We became friendly when I purchased a home next to his car "toys" garage in Lincoln. I enjoyed laughing with Ed and talking about cars and mechanics. I always remember Ed saying on April 15th. "I feel like a kid on the first day of Summer vacation!!" (So glad to be done tax season).
Brenda I am so sorry to hear. Anything I can do to help please let me know.

Brenda, I'm so sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I Just found out today and was shocked. I enjoyed stopping by the office and talk with him about the latest F1 race and what ever else came up usually about cars. I enjoyed being them him and taking photographs of you racing at Thompson Speedway a few years ago. He will be deeply missed by many.

Brenda - I am so sad to hear of Ed's passing- he was an phenomenal mentor to me in my first job out of college... he taught me so much over my time at the firm ... more than most of the Leaders I have worked for... what he taught me I continue to draw on 28 years later... I enjoyed coming back to visit him at the office - he was a fun person and had a wonderful sense of humor - ... I will miss him....
Lorraine, the two of you created a great partnership and I am forever thankful to have worked for both of you... my heartfelt condolences.

Our friendship with Ed began forty years ago when we were neighbors on Rochambeau Ave. We loved to talk about gardening, cars, our little daughter, the arts, and the state of everything, all the time. Although we moved away, Ed and Lorraine continued to do our taxes, at which time the same topics, and cats would be covered. One year when our now very grown up daughter went to see Ed about her taxes, he surprised her by calling her her family nickname, a name known by very few! She loved it and so did we. Ed never forgot. We mourn, with so many of you, the loss of such a dear, kind, talented, funny and wonderful man. Condolences, hugs and kind thoughts to all.

Brenda:
I would like to express my condolences to you and Eds family. I was shocked when I received news of Eds passing. I would also like to express my condolences to Eds long time friend and business partner Lorraine. I go back I believe almost 30 years with knowing Ed and seeing him annually. I always looked forward to my annual visit for my tax prep. Our conversation was about ten percent taxes and ninety percent about our love of cars which we talked about at length. I would walk in the office and his first words to me were, are you driving anything new. He will be greatly missed

Ed was our neighbor on Rochambeau Avenue when we first moved to Providence. We remember his collection of cars and gadgets in the garage. We have worked with him and his business for over 30 years. He was always cheerful and very kind in explaining business matters. It was a delight knowing him. We are sad to hear of his passing and offer our sympathy to Brenda and all his family.

Dear Brenda and family, I send you my deepest condolences. Ed was absolutely beloved by everyone I knew who knew him. My now deceased husband Chick and I were longtime clients and friends of his, with Chick's sharing Ed's passion for cars. Ed was the supreme professional who at the same time was such a warm and caring man. He stepped in and helped me at one point with a very difficult situation, for which I shall always be grateful to him. He will be greatly missed.

Brenda, I'm sorry. I don't know you; I once knew Ed as a squash player, who was at the same time a ferocious competitor and the kindest of gentlemen. Brenda, I am so sorry to hear that Ed has passed. I became a client around 10 years ago and appreciated his honesty and integrity. His advice helped me when my mom passed and I will never forget that. Another side of Ed was Bently! Ed was such a cat lover and Bently was his perfect partner. I would bring treats for Bently when I had appointments, and sometimes stop by in between with an extra one. I will miss Ed so much for his guidence and friendship.
