Ellie Dolan Obituary
89, formerly of Greenville and Glocester, passed away peacefully at the Green Houses at St. Elizabeth Home on Sunday, September 24, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late John J. Dolan, Jr. and the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Paolino) Lutrario.
Mrs. Dolan worked for the Smithfield School Department before retiring. An avid bowler and golfer, she was a member of Melody Hills Golf Club.
She was the devoted mother of Steven Dolan of Portsmouth and Cindy Gibbons of West Warwick; the dear mother-in-law of Susan Dolan; the proud grandmother of Seth and Shane Dolan and Meghan Brousseau and her husband, Al Brousseau; and the loving great grandmother of Gwen and Izzy. She was the sister of the late Frances Haydock.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 9 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be private. Ellie's family wishes to extend heartfelt appreciation for the extraordinary compassionate care she received at The Green House at St. Elizabeth Home and before that at St. Elizabeth Court.
