Frank Baccaire Obituary

BACCAIRE, FRANK of Hyannis Massachusetts passed away on January 23rd 2015 at the age of 67 after battling a long illness. He is survived by his wife Therese Baccaire, children Brian Baccaire, wife Donielle Baccaire of North Providence RI, daughter Lisa Lagreca, and husband Jonathan Lagreca of Providence, RI Eric Whitcomb wife Meredith Whitcomb of Sagamore Beach, MA and James Whitcomb wife Donna Whitcomb of Norman, OK, brother Jerry Baccaire of Palm Desert, CA and sister Robin Goodwin husband Virgil Goodwin of Green NH. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, Dylan Whitcomb, Amanda Whitcomb, Joshua Whitcomb, Mason Whitcomb, Alberto Lagreca, Jonny Lagreca and Benjamin Whitcomb along with many cousins, aunts and uncles and nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Frank Baccaire and Etta Baccaire of Providence RI. Frank was born on August 7th 1947 in Providence RI. He graduated from LaSalle Academy in 1966 and was drafted into the military in 1967 where he served his country bravely and with great pride. After the military he married Carolyn Padykula where they had two beautiful children. He was then re-married to Therese Whitcomb and later moved to Cape Cod for the next 29 years, a place he always wanted to live. He spent many years managing retail stores across the New England area. He had a passion for his family and loved to fish. He will be best known for his smile and ability to make everyone else laugh with his jokes. He will be missed by all but never forgotten. A memorial service is scheduled for February 3rd at 11:00am at Doane Beal & Ames at 160 W. Main St. Hyannis, MA 02601 with a communal service to follow at 12:30pm at Massachusetts National Cemetery - Connery Ave, Bourne MA 02532 with a reception following at the Sunset Grille, 11 Brigadoone Rd. Buzzards Bay MA 02532 . All are welcome to attend and celebrate the life of Frank Baccaire. In Lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org/Donate. The family would like to thank Doane Beal & Ames Funeral Home for their professionalism and etiquette.
