Not sure what to say?

November 30, 2007

Uncle Frank,
We will remember you, even when the world forgets. We will remember your smile, even when we can't find anything to smile about. We will remember your laughter, even when nothing is funny. We will remember you, even when it hurts the most. To a kind man with a warm smile, loving heart and a great laugh. I only found out of his passing today, my heart goes out to all his immediate family.

To one of our closest and dearest friends:
We've known you a long time, so why does it seem like yesterday?
We grew to know your gentle ways, so why were we always surprised when there was more to them?
We knew what it was like to have our
friendship accepted without question, or to have a friend respond to our phone calls for
help or just get together.
It's hard to think about future gatherings without him being there, but life goes on.
In this case life will go on with an emptiness that will take a lot of getting used to. It never goes away, but gets a little better every day.
Here's to our co-rider, shot-gunner, painters helper, mover, old country westerner and best friend in the world that ever wore somebody elses pants.

I felt very fortunate to see Mr Nardone in the last few weeks before his passing. He spoke so proudly of his kids and grandkids. I remember the story he told me about working on Frankie's house, sounded just like the old days when we all lived on Pembroke Ave. My prayers go out to the entire family. We will miss him!

Dear Janis and Family,
We're so sorry that we couldn't be there to see Frank on his way home to the Lord. I am glad that I got to talk with Frank before he passed. I hoped that talking about the Connecticut get-together and seeing you two there might have given him hope. But the Lord had more important plans. We thought very highly of Frank and we will miss him very much. We consider ourselves very fortunate to be your friends. May God Bless Frank and may he rest in Peace.
All our love, George and Ruth Ramsey

Dad
I will miss you, you've been the best father-in-law that anyone could ask for. I will miss you saying "Hi Honey". I will miss you trying to sell my husband after the two of you had a few beers (or Mike's). I will miss you calling him a "Beauty". I will miss watching you pout at Janis when you don't get your way. I will miss you telling Selynda she can't have a kitten. I will miss your personal glutony for punishment when you ask Frank how's the truck running. I will miss seeing your son's expression as he proudly says he's going riding on his motorcycle with Dad, Uncle Donny, and Owen. I will miss my kids hollering excitedly Grandpa's here! You were the best Dad, I know of none that can come close to compare to you.I love you! Janie

Dear friends and family,
Words can not express the thanks and appreciation I felt as each of you came to say goodbye to dad. He touched so many lives it would take my lifetime to thank each of you. You never know how many lives you touch until you are no longer there to say hello. I will miss him so very very much as I am sure you all will too. The reality of it has yet to hit me completely. We did many things together and feel cheated that I will not be able to any more. Love to all and thanks again. Frankie

"Are you doing that right?"

To Janis, Selynda, and the Nardone family,

My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you on this tremendous loss. Frank was a strong, quiet man who lived a good life and valued those closest to him above all else. I enjoyed the times I was able to share with him and only wish I had gotten to know him better.

Janis and all of the Nardone family...I'm so sorry to hear about Frank's passing. Merrill Lynch's cookout in 2006 was the only time I met him and made the mistake of calling him "George" so it stuck. Janis and I would laugh when I called him that. What a great guy! Please take care of yourself sweet Janis you have so many people that love and care for you, with Selynda by your side I know you will have the courage to go on until you finally meet again. R.I.P Frank...

Dear Janis and the Nardone family,
My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you during this very difficult time.
I used to call Frank "Uncle" because I really thought of him as a member of my family. I know so many of his Brinks co workers felt the same way. He was always so kind and considerate.
You will be missed more than words can say.
