My condolences to the Family of Dr. Pass. I am just hearing of his passing and I am sorry for your loss. I have photos of my son being examined by Dr. Pass with the big machine on his eyes and can remember my son asking him tons of questions and Dr. Pass smiling and being thrilled and delighted to engage with him. God bless you and your family. He was a great doctor.

To The Family of Dr. Pass:
I was a patient of Dr. Pass for many years, and I learned of his passing just today when I went in for my appointment. I was deeply saddened to be informed of such news, as was my daughter, now 22, and a patient of his since age 4. He was a wonderful and caring doctor and we will truly miss him. May the memories you have of him surround your hearts with joy!

I remember seeing Dr. Pass for an appointment in my early 20s. I had skipped a year and my eyesight had changed significantly. After the examination, Dr. Pass said "That's a big change. You probably have an ugly boyfriend and you don't even know it yet!". Twenty years later, people still laugh when I share that story. I was saddened to hear that my beloved doctor had passed. He will be greatly missed. My prayers are with his family.

To the Pass Family, Dr. Pass will be greatly missed. I had him as my doctor for over 20 years. He knew my whole family and treated us with love and kindness throughout the years. I remember when he was a one storefront office and his Aunt was a secertary. The good ole days when things were simple. The last time I saw him he was just beginning to get ill. I tried to encourage him to hang in there but to start taking time to enjoy his family. He listened!! I loved him so much and he will remain in my heart, thoughts and prayers always. I am glad he was able to meet my children so he took care of 4 generations in my family. What a remarkable person.

Dear Jeanne and Family:
Elaine and I want to extend our most sincere sympathy on the passing of Harry. He was not only our eye doctor but our friend. Thanks to Harry, I am not blind today as he diagnosed my detached retina situation by my frantic telephone description of the symptoms while Elaine and I were on vacation in Florida. He made the appointment for me to see a retina friend of his in Ft Myers and when I got back to RI he set me up with a retina specialist here. That was Harry!! RIP Harry ...You were the best.

Dear Jeanne,Lori&Jodi. Your husband, father and I go back to high school where we met and became instant friends. Our lives paralled each other as we both had to work after school. We double dated, played tennis plus more. Eventhough both of us considered ourselves to be the better half of the Pass-Port doubles team it was Harry who kept us steady and on track. I loved him like a brother and will miss him not being here. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and hope this offers some solace in your time of need.

Dear Jeanne,
Please accept my deepst sympathy and my love. I loved my warm, cheery Hope High classmate, Harry. A great tennis player! One day at school, he asked my last name. I am brownskinned, my named is 'Soares,' but I said "Schwartz." I'll never forget his amazed delight. He blinked a few times, repeating, "Schwartz?! Schwartz?! Your name is 'Schwartz?!'
